I had a drawing I worked really hard on, and when I finished, I merged all the layers together.
I forgot that the sketch was part of it—
I merged the sketch with everything else… and I couldn’t redo it… and it took 6 hours 😨😭
Tbh, i kinda hate those videos that say “things your doing WRONG in art”. There really is no right or wrong way to make art. Art is just expressing yourself in the form of a picture or creation, and as it is partially to be visibly appealing, it should also be to express the fun you had making it and the emotions in the picture.

Edit: I didn’t mean it as in “Art can only be art if it makes you feel good”. I meant it as they should rephrase those videos to be something along the lines of “How to visually improve your art” because you are never doing it wrong, as art is intentionally to be beautiful in the eye of the beholder, as it gives them happiness. The reason others purchase art is because they see the beauty too.
