Dear Congress. How about pass laws that don’t allow apps to collect every shred of knowledge about you. Maybe try doing something for the good of the people for once
Bigger issue is that it’s just a trojan horse for much more government control over the internet.
We cannot allow the tiktok bill that is being put forward now to pass. It is not a bill Banning Tik-Tok, it is a bill giving the government the authority to ban whomever whenever they want. Everybody Must call their representatives immediately and tell them not to support this bill!

The bad thing is that none of this matters. They have proven in the last 3 years that even if it’s blatantly hurting us…we can’t stop it. Shows like this are great but they accomplish nothing but raising anxiety levels in our own lives

it boggles my mind TikTok is in a congressional hearing as if they have done anything different but Snowden is still exiled after blowing the whistle on our government doing the same thing not just to us, but to the entire world
one of the reasons why the NHS app was such a dangerous thing was that even if you had not installed it knew where your phone was. the reason why it cost so much money was because of the massive data storage that was needed and the AI needed to search that data.
