I do not worship what you worship (2)

I do not worship what you worship of idols and false gods.

Nor do you worship what I worship (3)

Nor are you worshipers of what I worship of one God, who is God, Lord of the worlds, who alone is worthy of worship.

Nor do I worship what you worshiped (4)

Nor do I worship what you worship of idols and false gods.

Nor do you worship what I worship (5)

Nor do you worship in the future what I worship. And this verse was revealed about certain people who were polytheists, and God knew that they would never believe.

You have your religion and I have mine (6)

You have your religion, which you insisted on following, and I have mine, which I do not want other than.
