Imagine a private sector employee – especially upper management – that can’t or won’t answer basic questions regarding his department; doesn’t even know ballpark figures; stonewalls, evades and intentionally confuses the topic. This person would be terminated immediately after the meeting.
The same needs to start happening ASAP at all levels of gov’t regardless of party affiliation.
People are not as worried as they should be about Tiktok stealing data due to the fact our gov’t allows large US companies to siphon our data in the same way. For the same reason. Often at the behest of our own gov’t.
A message to the world that if you want something done and done properly never hire a Lawyer to do it.

Mayorkas is always “very focused” regardless of the incompetence being shown in seemingly all matters in his department.
Listening to Mayorkas talk about the prohibition of slave produced product, reminds me of an incident that happened when my daughter was a high school athlete. I called the school to complain that the sports bus brought kids back to school at 11pm and left them there to call parents for pickup and adults left kids alone. They said they would investigate. I got ahold of them 2 days later. They read back to me the policy manual which said children would not be left unsupervised. So because it was against the rules, it didn’t happen.
The American government should absolutely come out on national television, and warn younger people about what can happen through TikTok because I’m sure my 18-year-old child had no clue of this until I just Saul Mr. cotton ask Mr. Mayorkas about the issue!!!
Somebody that stumbles on their words and squiggles around is obviously nervous about the lies they are telling! Senator Cotton put his feet to the fire.

Im amazed that anyone can be before our leaders and just stonewall and filabuster without ever answering a yes or no question.I bet if they had to do 6 months in solitery confinement they would start answering questions really quick! So sad that this is what it has got on to.
